This was such a wonderful book. It helped all my children begin in junior showmanship. The book accomplished this by being thorough and detailed. It also kept my children's attention from the beginning to the end. It is now one of our favorite family past-times! Definitely buy this book if you want an easy to read guide to get started in junior showmanship!

While this book is informative, it is very dry, and hard to capture the attention of my child who is very interested in the subject.

This is a concise and innovative resource for all you need to know about showing dogs in the junior showmanship category. It is helpful for both young people and adults helping them prepare. the concrete advice is excellent and the resources ample and varied. I especially liked the comments about keeping questions positive and having fun. These are great life lessons. Numerous photographs add substantially.
